Senior Director of Education Initiatives

Jamie Scott
Jamie Scott is the NCF Senior Director Education Initiatives, with over 15 years of dedicated experience in nonprofit program development and community engagement within Collier County. She began her career leading grant-funded after-school programs, where she developed a deep expertise in program design, implementation, and fostering partnerships.
Jamie then played a pivotal role in establishing NCF’s Out-of-School Time Initiative, with a focus on creating collective impact strategies to address systemic community gaps. Her holistic approach to the initiative emphasizes the importance of supporting the whole child—academically, socially, emotionally, and physically. Under her leadership, the initiative has expanded significantly in both scope and quality, resulting in increased student performance, heightened engagement, and more robust support networks for families.
Most recently, Jamie has directed her efforts toward NCF’s Early Learning Initiative. She is working to replicate the successful collective impact model of the Out-of-School Time Initiative by sharing resources, best practices, and cultivating new community partnerships. Her vision is to develop a comprehensive early learning framework that provides children with a solid foundation from a young age—advancing long-term educational success and community well-being.
